These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Fidgeting app and website (together, "Just Fidgeting"). By downloading or using Just Fidgeting, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Just Fidgeting is made by an individual developer ("we", "us"). This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Just Fidgeting on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), which also applies to your use of the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Just Fidgeting is a light-hearted collection of satisfying fidget interactions, made to give restless hands something to do and to help you notice unconscious phone use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional help. If you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
Just Fidgeting is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, or you may be at risk of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline right away.
Just Fidgeting is free to use, with a set of fidgets available to everyone. "Unlock Everything" is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all the additional fidgets, color themes, and app icons, including new ones we add over time. It is a single purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and you are not billed again.
The current price is shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account, and are subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Because "Unlock Everything" is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, you can restore it at no extra cost on any device signed in to the same account. Use the "Restore Purchase" option on the unlock screen. If a restore doesn't work as expected, get in touch and we'll help.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We can't issue refunds directly. You can request one via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Just Fidgeting doesn't ask you to create an account or add any personal content. Your settings and preferences are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account, and we never see them. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Please use Just Fidgeting lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its services.
Just Fidgeting is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Just Fidgeting. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Apple is not responsible for Just Fidgeting or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Maintenance, support, and any product warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's, as further described in the Apple Standard EULA.
We may update Just Fidgeting and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country gives you additional rights.
